About the Job

Utilus is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our rapidly growing team. The Senior Project Manager is critical to the success of our collaboration with our clients.

As a Senior Project Manager you are critical to the success of our collaboration with our clients. You will be involved at every stage of the project, from kick-off, through delivery and implementation. You will also be responsible for coordinating the planning, reportring & tracking progress.

As a Scrum Master, you will support up to 3 Scrum teams through coaching, continuous improvement and ensuring that the teams follow Agile principles to deliver value efficiently. You will also take an active role in supporting and developing our people in their own journey of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: you develop and manage projects from start to finish, set up project plans/schedules, and budgets to align with client’s objectives and capabilities

• Change Management: you coordinate project activities, track progress, and adapt plans to ensure successful delivery while overseeing risk- and change management

• Agile Process Facilitation: you drive agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and foster collaboration to enable iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

• Leadership: you lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and you mentor and coach project team members

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's/Master degree in IT (or related) field

• > 10 years relevant experience in IT project management and/or as a Scrum Master with enterprise customers

• You have experience in client facing project manager roles and the ability to work with C-level stakeholders on complex multi layered projects.

• You can prove your experience in leading, coaching, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams including developers, business analysts, QA and creatives.

• You are enthusiastic about technology with a commitment to staying abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements

• You have agile software development experience with Jira, Azure Devops (or similar software) and experience with Value driven development based on OKR and KPIs

• You have experience in working with with senior management stakeholders 

• You have the ability to think from the end user perspective 

• You have experience running business-to-business and business-to-customer solutions

• You have a hands-on mentality and you are comfortable in fast paced environment 

• Your stakeholder management is excellent.  You easily work with the client's stakeholders, supporting  them in identifying and aligning on what is required to take the next step in the project

• You have the ability to fulfil different roles to act as go-between for the development team and product owner

• You are excellent in problem solving, you think in solutions rather than obstacles

• Your communication skills in English are excellent (Dutch is an advantage)

• Experience in the energy domain is a plus
