About the job

We are  currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team. 

In this capacity, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting highly competent and skilled candidates for a range of positions within the Utilus organization. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements, formulate job descriptions, and devise effective sourcing strategies to attract the most suitable candidates. The Recruiter will have full ownership over the recruitment function, overseeing initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' abilities, expertise, and compatibility with the company culture. They will supervise the entire recruitment process, ensuring a favourable candidate experience and prompt hiring. The Recruiter assumes a pivotal role in constructing a proficient and diverse team that can contribute to the growth of Utilus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates

  • Utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates

  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective onboarding plans for new hires

  • Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategy

  • Support management with using recruitment data and metrics

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting within the IT industry

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Proven track record of achieving recruiting goals and metrics

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems. 

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics related to recruitment to identify areas for improvement and develop effective recruitment strategies

  • Attention to details, including job requirements, candidate qualifications, and recruitment metrics, to ensure that the recruitment process is effective and efficient

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English
