Utilus is a fast growing and highly ambitious software delivery company. We design, build, manage and operate highly scalable and complex software projects in the heart of the primary business processes of our clients, including Tennet, Eneco, Dura Vermeer and Nederlandse Loterij.

Working on this position, the project offers Dialogue Management solutions and enhanced Communication Platform services for contact centers around the globe. The project has a working product in production which was built years ago, and now it’s currently being transitioned to a new architecture and tech stack to meet current and future scaling requirements.

The job of the QA Lead/Manager is to lead the definition and implementation of the overall QA process for product development covering all steps of the SDLC.

About you

• You must know these techniques: Postman; Playwright; Graphana k6; Jest; JavaScript

• You must have at least 2 years of strong leadership experience at defining and setting up the QA process of a new product development

• You know how to lead a team of both manual and automation QA engineers

• You have hands on experience Hands-on experience with: testing Complex Systems; creating API, UI e2e, and Performance tests.

• You can create a testing framework and supporting test documentation.

• You can test apps for Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business Server or any other MS tool. 

• You are a Self-starting problem solver

• Can work with tight deadlines

• Can assist clients with design considerations
