Utilus is a leading provider of mission-critical custom software solutions. Our mission is to simplify and streamline complex software systems for our clients, ensuring they can efficiently manage and operate their primary processes. We follow a unique two-step process, starting with Pathfinding, to design and prototype simplified solutions, and then moving to Execution, where we engineer, develop, and operate these solutions. We take pride in managing and executing the entire renewal process for our clients.

𝗔bout 𝗧he 𝗥ole

Utilus helps customers rethink, redesign, and rebuild their application landscape. Utilus does this via 3 core services, Pathfinding, Software Design & Delivery, and Cloud Operations. Utilus Cloud Operations builds, manages, and monitors high traffic mission critical applications in AWS. We work closely with software engineering teams in assisting them in achieving their goals.

As an Cloud DevOps Engineer you will be embedded in a development team that is maintaining and modernising a mission critical system.

What We Are Looking For

•  Excellent cloud engineering skills in AWS

•  CI/CD pipeline guru, and tools such as Terraform

• Strong ability to lead by example, with empathy, social skills, and vision

• Solid knowledge and understanding of core networking protocols and computing technologies

• Ability to make technology decisions and persuade those around you in a constructive manner.

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan operational tasks with and for team members

• Proven experience designing and setting up application platforms in AWS

• 5+ years of DevOps engineering in mission critical environments

• Dealing with customers in a project context

• Only candidates who based in the Netherlands for this position
